Ernest is a 33 year old yearning to know God more and make Him known to the world. He has been married to his beautiful bride, Sara, for more than 10 years and together they have a 3 year old son, Wyatt Daniel and a one year old girl, Waverly Rose. Also living in the house are two rowdy dogs, Sullivan (Yorkie) and Juliet (Boston Terrier).
Ernest is a pastor at Seacoast Church (www.seacoast.org), in Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina, where he has been on staff since the late 90s. Ernest is the Leadership Development Pastor and is on the teaching team at Seacoast. Ernest is currently in the process of leaving Seacoast to plant a church in Denver, CO, where he will be the lead pastor.
In addition to his duties at Seacoast and transitioning to become a church planter, Ernest speaks at various camps, retreats, schools, universities and sport’s teams. He loves sharing the Gospel with students and the next generation. His passion is to see the next generation rise up and take their place in this world, making an impact for the Kingdom of God.
Ernest and Sara, with a good friend, oversee a non-profit organization called Bread of Life Mission, which is a missions organization that reaches out to the unreached people groups of Kenya and the Sudan. To find out more about this mission visit www.breadoflifeafrica.com
