Well, here I am, joining a nation that I never thought I would join.  You can call me a sell-out or a poser or any other name that speaks of my actions being like others.  The reality…I don’t know if anyone is even going to read this.  Why would they? 

I mean, let’s be honest for a moment, not that we have been dishonest, but why would anyone want to read what I have to say?  I am not famous.  I am not rich.  I do not control anything.  I am not witty or purposefully funny or intelligent.  So why would anyone read what I have to say?  The answer is simple…they probably won’t. 

So then why am I writing a blog?  If I know that no one or at least not many will read it, then why bother with writing.  I guess it is for the writing experience and the storage of thoughts that may escape my mind at some point.  Although many may not read what I write, what I will write will hopefully be stimulating, challenging and encouraging. 

Here is what I can promise you if you do decide to read these thoughts…

    1. The postings will not be lengthy.  I don’t like to read a long blog and so I will not force others to do the same.

    2. The postings will be engaging.  I want your thoughts, your insights.  If you have something to add, please do so. 

    3. The postings will vary in topics.  I love reading someone who writes about all issues in life.  I will attempt to write about many topics, hoping to speak to issues that others may be dealing with.
